Ingredients

  • Bell peppers (red & green)
  • Broccoli florets

  • Soy sauce
  • Teriyaki sauce
  • Garlic

  • Honey or brown sugar
  • Olive oil or sesame oil
  • Steamed white rice

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients: chop bell peppers into strips and cut broccoli into florets.
  2. Heat olive or sesame oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add chicken strips and cook until golden brown.
  3. Toss in bell peppers, broccoli, and corn; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until veggies are tender yet crisp.
