  • 2 eggs
  • Sliced avocado
  • Cherry tomatoes or 1 roma tomato
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp chili oil
  • 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tsp Tajn seasoning (or chili-lime spice)
  • 1 tsp sriracha

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Stir in chopped tomatoes and cook until softened. Season with salt and pepper; mix in grated cheese before removing from heat.
  2. In another pan, heat olive oil over medium heat and fry the eggs sunny side up or over-easy. Drizzle with chili oil and sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.
  3. Assemble your bowl: layer the beef mixture at the bottom, add sliced avocado, sprinkle with Tajn seasoning, drizzle sriracha, and top with fried eggs.
