  • 1 large yellow onion (sliced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, apple vinegar, cornstarch, and baking soda. Add flank steak and marinate for 10 minutes.
