  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup dried apricots or prunes (or a mix)
  • ½ cup toasted almond slivers
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Rinse chicken pieces under cold water; pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat; sauté sliced onions until golden brown (8-10 minutes).
