  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup light corn syrup
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1½ cups chopped pecans
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into a 9×13-inch dish and chill for 10–15 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping and spread over the crust.
  3. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter over medium heat until bubbling. Remove from heat and whisk in eggs gradually. Stir in pecans and vanilla.
  4. Pour cooled pecan mixture over the cream cheese layer. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Slice into bars before serving.
