  • 12 oz linguine pasta
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • tsp garlic powder
  • tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Sear the seasoned chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown; set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and milk; heat through and stir in mozzarella and Parmesan until melted.
  6. Toss the cooked linguine into the sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
