  • 3 tbsp butter (divided)
  • 1 tbsp miso paste
  • 1 sweetheart (hispi) cabbage (cut into 4 wedges)
  • ¼ cup Panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200C/400F.
  2. Cut the cabbage into quarters. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of softened butter with miso paste until smooth. Brush this mixture on all sides of each cabbage wedge and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast the cabbage for about 30-35 minutes until edges are charred and centers are tender.
  4. While roasting, melt the remaining butter in a pan over medium heat. Add Panko breadcrumbs and garlic powder, stirring continuously until golden brown.
  5. Remove cabbage from the oven and sprinkle with toasted breadcrumbs before serving. Garnish with parsley if desired.
