  • 300g beef liver (or lamb liver), sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced into rings
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 ripe avocado, halved
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare Soft-Boiled Eggs: Boil water in a pot. Add the eggs gently and boil for 6-7 minutes. Transfer to an ice bath for 2-3 minutes before peeling.
