  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 3 large zucchinis (or 4 small)
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (no sugar added)
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Halve the zucchinis lengthwise and scoop out the centers. Lightly salt them and set aside.
