  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • tsp paprika
  • tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Bake on a baking sheet for 20-25 minutes until cooked through. Slice into strips.
  3. Toss sweet potato rounds with olive oil and salt, spread on another baking sheet, and roast for about 25 minutes until caramelized.
  4. Steam broccoli florets in a steamer basket over boiling water for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Divide the chicken, sweet potatoes, and broccoli into meal prep containers.
