  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (or preferred mix-ins)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together softened butter, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually fold this dry mixture into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips or other mix-ins.
  5. For firmer cookies, chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  6. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
