2 chicken breasts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & pepper
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, sliced
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cucumber, grated and drained
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp fresh dill, chopped

Instructions
Prepare the tzatziki by mixing Greek yogurt, grated cucumber (drained), minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Cover and chill.
Rub chicken breasts with olive oil and season with smoked paprika, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Grill or pan-fry for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F). Slice into strips.
In serving bowls, layer chopped romaine lettuce as the base. Top with sliced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, red onion, and grilled chicken slices. Add a generous scoop of chilled tzatziki dip.
