  • 24 lasagna noodles
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 cups spinach, chopped
  • 4 cups ricotta cheese
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 cups marinara sauce
  • Black olives (sliced for “eyes”)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese and chopped spinach; season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a baking dish, layer marinara sauce, noodles, ricotta-spinach mixture, shredded chicken, and repeat until ingredients are used up. Finish with a layer of sauce topped with mozzarella.
  5. Cut mozzarella into ghost shapes using cookie cutters and place on top; add olive slices for 'eyes.'
  6. Sprinkle Parmesan on top, cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10–15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
