  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

  2. Trim the Brussels sprouts and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. In a mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the grated Parmesan cheese and panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the seasoned Brussels sprouts, pressing down gently to help it adhere.
  6. Arrange the coated sprouts cut-side down on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy on the edges. Check halfway through to toss if necessary for even crispiness.
  8. Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
