  • 1 pound short pasta
  • 2 cups grilled or roasted corn
  • 1 avocado (diced)

  • 4 tablespoons salted butter
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/2 to 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper (adjust to preference)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large salad bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, olive oil, grated garlic, chives, salt, pepper, and crumbled cheese until smooth.
  2. Cook the short pasta in boiling water until al dente. Drain and toss with the creamy dressing in the salad bowl.
