  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 teaspoons freshly chopped rosemary
  • Kosher salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 wheel of brie cheese (8 oz), cut into strips
  • 1 can (15 oz) whole-berry cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using a serrated knife, carefully crosshatch the boule by slicing every inch in both directions without cutting all the way through.
