6 large croissants, cut into pieces
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
4 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. Add the shredded chicken and mix gently.
In a baking dish, layer half of the croissant pieces on the bottom. Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese over them. Pour half of the egg mixture on top.
Repeat with the remaining croissants, cheese, and egg mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and set. Allow it to cool for a few minutes before serving.
