  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter

  1. Cook fettuccine in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté sliced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper until golden brown. Remove from pan.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add heavy cream and simmer while stirring.
  4. Gradually mix in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth; season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine cooked fettuccine, reserved pasta water, chicken, and broccoli florets into the sauce; toss to coat evenly.
