  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 6 oz Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for chicken)
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (for sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Cook the bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente (10-11 minutes). Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
