  • 5 cups mini vegan marshmallows
  • 5 1/2 cups Rice Krispie cereal
  • 1/2 cup salted peanuts
  • 16 oz caramel candies
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 2 cups chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan and set aside.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter and then add the mini vegan marshmallows. Stir until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the Rice Krispie cereal until evenly coated. Press this mixture into the prepared pan.
  4. Sprinkle salted peanuts evenly over the top of the Rice Krispie layer.
  5. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine caramel candies and heavy cream, stirring until melted and smooth.
  6. Pour the caramel evenly over the peanut layer.
  7. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth, then pour over the caramel layer.
  8. Spread evenly with a spatula and let set completely before slicing into squares.
