  • 1 can (21 oz) apple pie filling
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and milk until combined. Let it sit for about five minutes until thickened.
  2. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Gently fold into the pudding mixture.
  3. In a 9×13 inch baking dish, layer half of the graham crackers at the bottom, then half of the apple pie filling followed by half of the pudding mixture.
  4. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers, remaining apple pie filling, and finish with the remaining pudding mixture.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top layer. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
